Are security and cleaning services included in the total price?
Yes, your peace of mind is our priority. All of our rental packages—from the basic “El Encanto” to the premium “Gran Tesoro”—already include professional security guard services during your event and a full cleaning service (before and after). There are no hidden fees for these essential services, ensuring a safe and pristine environment for you and your guests.
What areas of the property are accessible during my event?
When you book with us, you receive total access to our versatile premises. This includes our elegant Main Event Hall, the beautiful Outdoor Patio (perfect for fresh air or ceremonies), and our private Guest Parking lot. Whether you choose the “El Encanto” or “Gran Tesoro” package, the entire facility is reserved exclusively for your celebration to ensure total privacy and comfort.
How much time is allocated for setup and cleaning?
We understand that perfection takes time. Our standard booking provides a total of 13 hours on-site: 5 hours dedicated for professional setup and decoration, 7 hours for your actual event celebration, and 1 hour at the end for the pickup of personal items. Additionally, a professional cleaning service is always included before and after your event so the space is always in pristine condition.
Does the facility provide on-site security for guests?
Yes, the safety of your guests and the success of your event are our top priorities. Every rental package at Encanto Halls includes professional Security Guard services. Our staff is trained to monitor the entrance, the main hall, and the parking area throughout the duration of your celebration, allowing you to relax and enjoy your special moment with complete peace of mind.
What food options are available for the main banquet?
We offer a diverse selection of high-quality menus to satisfy every palate. You can choose from our traditional Taquiza (taco bar) with handmade tortillas, Roasted Chicken with BBQ ribs, authentic Birria, or our signature Creamy Chicken Breast. Each banquet is served as a buffet and includes traditional sides such as Mexican rice, frijoles charros, fresh salads, and a variety of homemade salsas.
Does the service include waitstaff and beverage handling?
Yes, our premium packages include professional waitstaff for 3 to 4 hours to ensure your guests are perfectly attended to during the meal. Additionally, we provide a Bartender service for 4 hours to manage your beverages. We handle all the logistics, from serving the food to providing high-quality disposable plates and cutlery, so you can enjoy your celebration without worry.
Is there a guest limit for the catering packages?
Our catering and banquet packages are optimized for different guest counts to ensure quality. For example, our “Gran Tesoro” package is designed to provide a full dining experience for 160 guests, while the “Allure Dorado” is set for 150 guests. If your event has a different guest count, we can discuss custom adjustments to ensure every person at your celebration enjoys our gourmet offerings.
Can I choose a specific color theme for my event?
Absolutely. We specialize in creating a cohesive look that matches your vision. You can choose from our elegant signature color palettes, including Gold, Royal Blue, Corinthian (Wine), White, and Yellow. These colors are applied to the fine linens, napkins, and decorative accents throughout the hall to create a sophisticated atmosphere tailored specifically to your taste.
What decorative elements are included in the styling service?
Our decoration services cover all the essential details to transform the space. This includes the setup of tables and chairs, fine linens, elegant napkins, and charger plates (platos base) for each guest. We also provide specialized decor for the main head table and decorative fabrics (telas) to add height and elegance to the hall’s interior design.
Do you handle the setup and teardown of the decorations?
Yes, we take care of everything. Our team manages the complete installation of all decorative elements during the 5-hour setup window before your event starts. Once your celebration ends, we also handle the teardown and cleaning. This allows you to arrive at a beautifully decorated hall and leave at the end of the night without having to worry about the logistics of the decor.
